At ANVIVEDA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled before shipment.
  • Product is damaged during delivery.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Order cannot be fulfilled by ANVIVEDA.

Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Incorrect usage of the product.
  • Delays caused by courier services beyond our control.
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallets: 3–7 Business Days
  • Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 Business Days
  • Net Banking: 5–10 Business Days

Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Provide your order number and supporting images.

Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

Partial COD Orders

Advance payments made for Partial COD orders are generally non-refundable once the order has been processed and dispatched, except in cases where ANVIVEDA is unable to fulfill the order.
